Our Junior High Panther Orchestra did a GREAT job representing Herrera at the MLK, Jr. Art Show at the State Capitol on January 25th. We got a lot of compliments about our girls' performance of Celtic Fiddle, Mariachi and Concert pieces. Our two Violin Soloists did an outstanding job! Way to go girls! Our Junior High Panther Marching Band did a great job at the PESD mid-year convocation on January 26th. Many people were blown away by the fact that they marched in AND had the music memorized (way to go JH!!). I know it sometimes feel that we perform The Hey Song a lot, but this time, we were requested! Your reputation preceeds you.
